What does a typical engagement look like?
Every engagement starts with discovery: mapping your systems, constraints, and the real problem underneath the stated one. From there we present an architecture and delivery plan before any build begins. Project timelines typically run from 5 weeks to 12 months depending on scope.

Absolutely. We embed with in-house engineering and product teams regularly, whether that's leading architecture while your team builds, or providing dedicated capacity that reports into your leadership.
Do you offer consultations or discovery engagements before a full build?
Yes. Many clients start with a technology audit or discovery sprint. A scoped, standalone engagement that gives you an architecture and roadmap you own, whether or not you build with us.
